We use a blend of European cocoa powder and Manoa Chocolate cocoa powder then we add cocoa nibs, medium sweet chocolate chips and Manoa Chocolate Chips in to the mix. This gives our cookies a wonderful blend that is full of flavor but not extremely sweet!
